Account & Data Deletion Request

Below are the ways you can request deletion of your Lavly account and the personal data associated with it.

From within the app

You can delete your account directly from the Settings menu in the app.

If you cannot access the app (request via the web)

From your registered email address, send a request to hello@iguana.com.tr with the subject line “Hesap Silme Talebi” (Account Deletion Request). In your message, please state the email address registered to your account.

If your email client does not open, you can send your request directly to hello@iguana.com.tr

Process and timing

Once your request is received, your account and the personal data associated with it are permanently deleted within 30 (thirty) days at the latest. For security and legal obligations (e.g. Law No. 5651), certain technical logs may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
